Joe concentrates his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, products liability, employment matters, and construction-related disputes.

He has been trial counsel and argued before the appellate courts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and also has been admitted pro hac vice to litigate before the Federal and State Courts in jurisdictions including Massachusetts, Kansas, Maryland and Florida. Joe has arbitrated in New Jersey, New York, and Hawaii and has litigated numerous cases to verdict.

Now in private practice for over 30 years, Joe has represented individuals as well as small, mid-size and large corporations in litigation and mediation/arbitration. He has served a range of clients including general and subcontractors, project owners, construction managers, architects and engineers, and handled numerous surety, estate and guardian bond disputes.

A graduate of Lafayette College and St. John’s School of Law, Joe is a tireless worker who consistently provides clients with the highest degree of advocacy and professionalism.
